Free Virtual Self-Care Resources by Black teachers, Practitioners & Guides

Hello, love.

One of the biggest myths out there is that we are supposed to have everything figured out. This can often lead to perfectionism, overwork and overwhelm — denying ourselves access to care and support that all of us need and deserve.

2020 taught me that it’s okay not to have it all together, and it’s even more okay to allow myself to be led, guided, and supported.

I’ve compiled these free online resources centered around cultivating a healthy mind-body connection, to support people with holistic (emotional, mental, spiritual, and physical) health.

I shared this resource list at the beginning of last year, and am sharing it again in honor of Black History Month.

Please reach out to me with any additional free online self-care resources you know of, and I’ll add them to the list.

To your wellness,
Jamila
