In this Masterclass, I share tools and strategies to help you overcome the habit of abandoning yourself for the sake of showing up for others. I’ll contextualize why we fall into patterns of deprioritizing our wellness and offer principles and practices to help you put yourself first.

In this session, I share the things I do when the Big Sad is here, but life must go on. This is for highly-sensitive souls who feel burdened by life sometimes, and who want resources to make the tough moments a little bit softer.

Coaching sessions involve direct, honest conversations about increasing self-awareness, developing personal accountability, transforming your mindset, and making lasting behavioral shifts. If you are interested in being guided in breathwork and energy work techniques, I can also support you in those modalities.

We will dialogue about your current goals and obstacles, creating clarity around challenges and identifying practices to make progress. Each session is 90 minutes long. In order to make the most of our time together, I will send you a pre-coaching questionnaire to be filled out before we meet. After the session, I will provide reflection or "activation" exercises personally tailored for you.
