In this 90-minute workshop, I share tools and strategies to help you overcome the habit of abandoning yourself for the sake of showing up for others. I contextualize why we fall into patterns of deprioritizing our wellness and offer principles and practices to help you put yourself first.
This is a space of gentle, compassionate self-inquiry. Everybody is different and I am not prescribing any “solutions.” I am not a doctor, I am not a professional medical or mental health expert. I am offering strategies that have worked for me in hopes of awakening the wisdom within you. My role is not to diagnose or treat, my role is to point you back to the teacher and healer within you.
About your facilitator:
Jamila Reddy is a transformational guide, meditation teacher, and writer whose work focuses on how to live an empowered, authentic and joyful life.
