I believe everyone should have a grief practice — a set of ways to navigate the inevitable experience of life after loss. Everyone’s grief is different, and so everyone’s grief practice must be uniquely their own.
The strategies in your grief practice will serve to help you:
1. Feel better in a moment. The tools in this category help you immediately change youe internal weather — they are what support you in shifting your mood and alleviating emotional pain.
2. Come to peace with the loss. When I say “come to peace,” I mean: stop fighting grief — physically and mentally resisting the reality of it — and instead, allowing it to visit, being with it, breathing through it, and being fully present with the experience.
The workshop includes guided meditation and body-based techniques for processing, releasing, and healing grief.

A clear vision is a motivating force that gives your life a sense of momentum and makes life feel meaningful. Having a sense of direction — knowing where you’re trying to go — also allows you to course-correct when you’ve gotten off your path. When you are on a path that you chose for yourself, you move through life as an empowered creator of your life, aligned with your desires and actively engaged in the process of designing a life that lights you up.
In this class, you will:
💎Understand why you might struggle to have a clear image of what you desire
🧘🏾♀️Be guided through a visualization exercise to help you get clear on what it is you really want out of life
👁️ Identify dreams and desires that may have been hidden in your subconscious mind
💎Get clear on steps you can take (right now) to live in alignment with your future goals/dreams
👁️ Learn mindset shifts to help you break out of a feeling of stuckness or stagnation

Creating your ideal life depends upon your ability to (routinely) ask yourself, “What needs to go?” and having the courage and discipline to actually let it go.
In this Masterclass, I’m teaching simple and practical ways to let go of the old and embrace the new — a process each of us must undergo in the face of life’s constant transitions.
“Letting go” means freeing yourself from certain aspects of your past. It is a process that happens both internally (letting go of habits of the mind) and externally (letting go of that coat you never wear).
Letting go is a life skill. It allows you to be more present in your current life and experience more of the joys and pleasures available to you right now!🙌🏾💆🏾
Letting go applies to all areas of our life: Our relationships, the environments we’re in, what we consume (media, food), our personal belongings, our habits of mind.
In this masterclass, you will learn how to Spiritually and physically clear out the old to make space for the new.
I cover:
Why it's so important to learn how to let go
All the possible things you could let go of
Why we tend to hold on, even when we know it's not working
How to recognize when it's time to let go
How to let go with courage and confidence
How to get clarity on whether letting go is the "right" move
How to expand your window of tolerance for uncertainty and the unknown
Practices for clearing out other people's judgment and opinions
How to deal with all the difficult feelings

In this 90-minute workshop, I share tools and strategies to help you overcome the habit of abandoning yourself for the sake of showing up for others. I contextualize why we fall into patterns of deprioritizing our wellness and offer principles and practices to help you put yourself first.
This is a space of gentle, compassionate self-inquiry. Everybody is different and I am not prescribing any “solutions.” I am not a doctor, I am not a professional medical or mental health expert. I am offering strategies that have worked for me in hopes of awakening the wisdom within you. My role is not to diagnose or treat, my role is to point you back to the teacher and healer within you.

In this session, I guide you through some things I do when the Big Sad is here, but life must go on.
This is for the caretakers and grievers, for the artists and healers working day jobs that exhaust them, for those who have dreams but lack the energy to pursue them — for people whose bodies, minds, or hearts don’t feel good for many days at a time.

This is a space to imagine the small, easy ways to care for yourself (and cultivate joy) when caring for yourself feels hard.

Coaching sessions involve direct, honest conversations about increasing self-awareness, developing personal accountability, transforming your mindset, and making lasting behavioral shifts. If you are interested in being guided in breathwork and energy work techniques, I can also support you in those modalities.
We will dialogue about your current goals and obstacles, creating clarity around challenges and identifying practices to make progress. Each session is 90 minutes long. In order to make the most of our time together, I will send you a pre-coaching questionnaire to be filled out before we meet. After the session, I will provide reflection or "activation" exercises personally tailored for you. Once you purchase the session, within 24 hours you will receive a link to my calendar to book a time that works best for you.
