Coaching sessions involve direct, honest conversations about increasing self-awareness, developing personal accountability, transforming your mindset, and making lasting behavioral shifts. If you are interested in being guided in breathwork and energy work techniques, I can also support you in those modalities.
We will dialogue about your current goals and obstacles, creating clarity around challenges and identifying practices to make progress. Each session is 90 minutes long. In order to make the most of our time together, I will send you a pre-coaching questionnaire to be filled out before we meet. After the session, I will provide reflection or "activation" exercises personally tailored for you. Once you purchase the session, within 24 hours you will receive a link to my calendar to book a time that works best for you.
