Communications, to me, is both a science and an art. I start by getting into the analytics, which provide me with a clear roadmap for how to achieve our goals. I then spend time getting to know the organization and the people you serve, and then I go into the lab. I create captions and graphics that express the organization’s personality and help you establish a digital home that is inviting, engaging, and – most importantly – compels people to take action.
