1:1 Coaching Session with Jamila Reddy
In these 1:1 Coaching session, I’ll coach you through strategies and tools you can use to move your life forward in the direction of your desires, and end cycles that are holding you back from your ideal experience.
Coaching sessions are direct, honest conversations focused on increasing self-awareness, developing personal accountability, transforming your mindset, and making lasting behavioral shifts.
If you are interested in being guided in breathwork, meditation, and/or energy work techniques, I can also support you in those modalities.
The sessions are 90 minutes long. In order to make the most of our time together, I will send you a pre-coaching questionnaire to be filled out before we meet. After the session, I will provide reflection or "activation" exercises personally tailored for your reflection and ongoing practice.
Once you purchase the session, you will receive a link within 24 hours to my calendar to book a time that works best for you.
