At our core, each of us is an artist. We each have an inherent creative power that we can use to radically transform our lives. In this six-week online course, I am sharing techniques and frameworks to help you harness the power of the creator within.

What is Lifestyle Design?

Lifestyle Design is the art of living. It’s an ongoing practice of making choices that support our wellness and joy. We each contain a creative power that we can use to transform and improve our lives. A lifestyle designer is anyone who creates a vision for how they want to live and then brings that vision to life. Lifestyle Design is a methodology that anyone can use to create a masterpiece out of their lived experience.

The 5 Pillars of Lifestyle Design:

  • Knowing and honoring your truest, fullest, most authentic self (Reconnect)

  • Having a clear vision (Reimagine)

  • Letting go of what's not serving you (Release)

  • Prioritizing rest, leisure, and ease (Restore)

  • Harnessing the power of your mind (Reprogram)

  • Service and using your gifts for a higher purpose (Realign)

  • Reconnecting with your truest, highest self is foundational to bringing any life vision to fruition. Authenticity means honoring your truth — living a life that is a clear reflection of your truth, your values, and your desires. This module will guide you through how to heal your relationship with your authentic self, so you can live from a place of wholeness, where no parts of you are left out or made small.

  • Reimagining what is possible for your life is required in order to transform it. Having a clear vision for the kind of life you want to live allows you to see where you're headed, course-correct, and be an empowered creator over your life's outcome. This module will guide you through how to design a clear vision that is in alignment with your fullest expression and highest good.

  • Creating your ideal life depends upon your ability to ask yourself, “What needs to go? What patterns, thoughts, behaviors are obstructing my access to my desires?” This module will explore the ongoing practice of identifying the parts of your life you have outgrown. We will cover how to physically and internally clear out things that do not resonate with who you are now in order to access your truest self and deepest desires.

  • There is no well-being without rest and restoration. This module will explore the importance of stillness and solitude, and how to stay grounded and energized in the midst of life’s demands. Learn how to harness the power of leisure and ease as the foundation for your thriving.

  • This module will explore how to use the power of your mind to shift your experience from the inside out. Reprogramming refers to the process of noticing the subconscious beliefs that have become embedded in your mind and creating new beliefs that support your wellbeing and authenticity.

  • This module explores the power of service and purpose — using your life for a greater cause.
