inspired, unplugged is a digital detox wellness retreat for those who want to reimagine their relationship to social technology and spend time intentionally reconnecting to themselves and others.

In this modern life, logging off is vital to our clarity, our creativity, and our connection to ourselves, our community, and the world.  We need breaks from constant stimulus and distraction. We need to be present to experience the best of what life has to offer. This retreat is a space to unplug, play, recharge, reflect, dream, and create uninterrupted for a while.

At inspired, unplugged, intimate groups of artists, creatives, healers, wellness practitioners, facilitators, community leaders, change-makers, and activists come together to focus on rest and social connection — all without the distraction of a device.

This is an immersive experience for people who need time to be with their thoughts and ideas — who want to dive deep into a creative endeavor without their attention being pulled away by notifications and daily responsibilities.

Set in a nurturing environment, this retreat not only helps you reconnect with yourself and others but also equips you with self-care practices and relational skills to support you in everyday life.

This experience is an opportunity to make actual social connections with new people in a new environment, relate to one another on a deeper level, and be reminded of how beautiful life is when you are present enough to notice it.

Event Details:

  • Location: Charlotte, North Carolina

  • Housing: You will be one of 6-7 guests sharing 4 rooms and 2 baths in a private residence

  • Meals: All meals are included. Vegan and gluten-free options will be available.

  • Cost: $500 per person.

    • If you pay in full up-front, you will receive 10% off. Otherwise, at the time of booking, a $50% deposit is due. This deposit becomes non-refundable 10 days after your payment date.

About your Host:

Jamila Reddy is a certified breathwork facilitator, transformational coach, and mindfulness educator whose mission is to live well and support people in designing lives they love.

Weaving together somatic techniques, ancient Spiritual wisdom, psychology, neuroscience, and principles of design, Jamila shares tools, and techniques that all people can use to navigate transformation, be of the highest service to the world, live in harmony with nature, and experience optimal levels of peace, joy, and fulfillment in their lives.
