I believe everyone should have a grief practice — a set of ways to navigate the inevitable experience of life after loss. Everyone’s grief is different, and so everyone’s grief practice must be uniquely their own.

The strategies in your grief practice will serve to help you:

1. Feel better in a moment. The tools in this category help you immediately change youe internal weather — they are what support you in shifting your mood and alleviating emotional pain.

2. Come to peace with the loss. When I say “come to peace,” I mean: stop fighting grief — physically and mentally resisting the reality of it — and instead, allowing it to visit, being with it, breathing through it, and being fully present with the experience.

The workshop will include guided meditation and body-based techniques for processing, releasing, and healing grief.

Attendance at the live workshop is encouraged but not required. You will receive a registration link to join the Zoom workshop 48 hours before the live session on January 24th. The recording will be sent out within 48 hours of the live class.
